Student placements are currently available at Project Respect!
Placements must be commenced and completed by November 3, 2021 and can commence from April 2021.
Placements terms can be accommodated according to tertiary institution requirements (ie 100 – 200 hours delivered in a block or over a term).
Student placement opportunities are available if you are currently studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the following areas:
- Social Work
- Community Development
- Public Health
- International Studies
- Gender Studies
Project Respect’s office is located in Fitzroy and all students will be required to work onsite and remotely.
Students with bilingual abilities, who have a lived experience of the sex industry and/or who are from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and CALD backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
If you are interested in undertaking your student placement with Project Respect, please submit an ‘Expression of Interest’. Your Expression of Interest should include a cover letter (outlining your interest in Project Respect, your proposed placement structure (ie hours/days, your tertiary institution, and any specific placement requirements) and your full resume.
